Warranty
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We welcome Mastercard, VISA, Discover, and American Express cards. We also accept PayPal, electronic checks, and paper checks and money orders. See below for details on each payment method.
No matter which payment method you plan to use, the shopping process is the same right through Check Out, where you will select your payment method.
Credit Cards 
We welcome MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express cards. This also includes most check/debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logos, depending on your bank's policies. See Shipping section below for information on shipping time.
PayPal 
We also welcome PayPal. For your convenience, we provide a link at the end of CheckOut, direct to the PayPal site.
Checks
We accept online, fax, and telephone checks payable in US$ and drawn on a US, Puerto Rican, or Virgin Islands account. And, of course, paper checks and money orders, payable in US$.
- Checks may be held for clearing.
- Please note that there is a $25 returned check fee by the bank for any dishonored check.
Online Checks.
We accept online checks using ITI Services PayByCheck (formerly "iCheck"), which is a secure, online payment service. Perhaps you have already used this service at other online retailers. If not, we hope you'll try it; we think you'll find it a safe, quick, and convenient way to shop. Learn more about PayByCheck. It's very simple, safe, and secure, you just fill out a check on your screen, copying information from your paper check. If you'd like to try it out, a direct payment link is provided at Check Out.
By the way, if for some reason you did not use the direct link to PayByCheck during Check Out, and you need to go back later, you will need our Merchant ID# 98442191 to submit your online check. Here's a direct link to the payment window at PayByCheck. We also suggest that you type your Order or Tracking Number in the Memo space on the online check as further identification. We are notified by email when you issue an online check.
Checks By Fax.
We can accept and process your US check via FAX through the electronic PayByCheck service. Just fax us (1) the Order Confirmation screen, or your Order Form, (2) your filled-in check made payable to Actron, Inc., and (3) the last four digits of the Social Security Number associated with your bank account (for identification and security purposes). Send your FAX to us at (818)-654-9788.
Checks By Phone.
We can accept and process your US check by telephone through the electronic PayByCheck service. Just call us at (800)866-8887 (USA only, toll-free), or (818)654-9744 (USA or International), Monday-Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Pacific Time. Have your Order Number, last four digits of your Social Security number, and your checkbook handy.
Checks By Mail
And, of course, we accept paper checks and money orders by "snail" mail. Send a copy of your Order Confirmation screen, or your Order Form, and your check or money order, payable in US$, to:

Shipping
Shipping Cost: Estimated Shipping may display as $0.00 until we can identify your destination zip code. This is usually when you sign in with your email address, or when you provide your zip code during Checkout. Your shipping cost will be displayed and updated as you update your Shopping Cart.
Estimated Delivery Time: Although many items are shipped the next business day after receiving your order (Monday - Friday, excluding major US holidays), please allow up to one week for processing your order before it is shipped. We'll email you a Shipping Confirmation with your shipment tracking number after your order is shipped.
Even if you choose Two-Day or Next Day shipping (when offered), please don't forget to allow for the above order processing time. We will do our best to expedite your order. If the delivery date is critical, please email us at customerinquiries@suzukimusicstore.com, or, call us at 800-866-8887 or 818-654-9744, for an estimated ship date.
Carriers: UPS is our primary shipping method. For USA shipping addresses, our standard online shipping chart is roughly based on UPS weight charts, which are representative of the average cost to ship.
However, we may opt to use another carrier such as FedEx or USPS Priority Mail, using our discretion as to the most appropriate method, depending on the items ordered, and the number of packages required. Also, note that, if you provide a P.O. Box for delivery, we must use the USPS (US Postal Service).

Sales Tax
We collect sales tax on orders with a "Ship To" address in California. This will be automatically calculated for you at Check Out.

Security and Privacy
Security
We process orders in our online store via a secure server. When you enter a secured area on our server, a closed "lock" icon appears on the bottom status line of your browser window. Also, the "http" URL in the location bar changes to "https" to indicate a secure area.
You enter the secured area when you begin the "Check Out" process. Also, depending on the settings in your browser, and the path you take through our site, you may receive messages about going from unsecure to secure pages.

The service is simple to use.
Privacy
Simply stated, we do not trade, sell, or rent our customer information with any outside party. We use it only as necessary to process your order, and, on occasion, to communicate with you about updates to our site and products. If you would rather not receive this information, please E-mail us at: customerinquiries@suzukimusicstore.com.
Like any other business, we maintain a database of our customers. However, you are not added to our customer database unless you take an action that requires your assent, for example, place an order with us, join our mailing list, register (see Your Account below), or similar. Otherwise, we do not retain any individualized information about your visit to our site.
Cookies
Our shopping basket uses temporary "cookies" to keep track of your order details while you are shopping.
Our cookies are not the persistent type about which you may have heard horror stories. Our cookie information is strictly temporary; it expires and is discarded when you finish shopping. We use these indicators to determine that you are finished shopping: after you Check Out, after 24 hours of inactivity without checking out, or when you "Empty" your Shopping Cart, whichever occurs first.

Your Account
You may order without registering. Just select "Guest Checkout". You may look up your order status on our Customer Service page by entering the "Order Tracking Number" from your emailed Order Confirmation.
Benefits of Registering:
1) For your convenience, we store information in an online "account" for repeat ordering purposes. 2) You'll be able to sign in and look up your order history, shipping dates, etc..
3) On subsequent visits, you can sign in using your email address and password, and the system will "look up" your information and pre-fill forms for you during checkout. You may change any of the pre-filled information during checkout.

Returns Policy
We are proud of our products, and make every effort to assure the quality of our products before shipment. We are an authorized dealer and products are covered by manufacturer's warranty. No returns accepted without an RA (Return Authorization). If you have an issue or concern, please contact us at customerinquiries@suzukimusicstore.comor call us at 800-866-8887 for instructions.
Warranty The manufacturer, Suzuki Corporation, provides a one (1) year warranty for harmonicas. Please view the Harmonica Product Warranty for all the details.
